On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX I accidently paid " XXXX XXXX '' {$150.00}. After completing the payment I realized I paid XXXX XXXX instead of XXXX XXXX ( who I have a history of paying several times prior to this transaction ). I immediately sent a request to XXXX XXXX explaining the situation and asking for the money back. She never responded or returned the money so I called Chime to help me return my money. After verifying that I had never paid Sonia Martinez before and that she was not in KY contacts Chime opened a dispute and explained it could take XXXX business days for the investigation and that a credit would be issued to my account. After one day I received an email from Chime stating the dispute was closed and the transaction was determined to not be done in error. I have screen shots of all of the transactions and proof I do not know XXXX XXXX and had never paid her on Chime before.
