A borrower Defense application was made in XXXX. It was approved for fraud by school. They received my student loans and, they also received my pell grants. The school applied the loans I signed over to the school to tuition. As they stated they collect any first money received. The loan was take in a different name XXXX XXXX XXXX. The loans originally was given from XXXX. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have attempted to dispute the loan for identity theft/fraud since I became aware they also received my pell grant money. XXXX, XXXX, and Tranunion continued to report XXXX XXXX XXXX on my reports. The Loans were removed once for a few months only to re-report the XXXX ( XXXX ) loans. These tactics to a low income pell grant approved person has caused XXXX ( XXXX ) years of paying over XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX dollars a month for over XXXX ( XXXX ) years. I continue to to pay multiple small loan/credit cards, to even access money I needed. My children and family have been caused poverty even though, I have XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX percent payment history without fraud that been reported and, re-reported for XXXX ( XXXX ) years.
