I became unemployed in XXXX XXXX I continued to pay mortgage until XXXX. I informed Pennymac and they placed me on forbearance where I paid {$270.00} per month. I did this for XXXX to XXXX. My loan is a XXXX XXXX conventional loan. XXXX XXXX allows for 12 months unemployment forbearance. Pennymac denied me an extension on this forbearance and told me I had to apply for loan modification because I had rental income. I was accepted into loan modification but mortgage went from XXXX to XXXX. Also the loan went from 30 years to 40 years. I was able to make first payment of 3 month trial but I lost my rental income and couldn't make the XXXX payment. I again tried to get into unemployment forbearance but Pennymac refused. Now as of XX/XX/XXXX Pennymac put me into foreclosure. They explained they only allow 5 months of unemployment forbearance even though my mortgage is XXXX XXXX 12 months forbearance eligible.
