I attempted to make an {$3800.00} ATM cash deposit at pnc bank on XX/XX/year> around XXXX XXXX XXXX and The atm gave me an error message stating We're sorry. Your bills were not removed in the allotted time, and they have been retracted. Please contact your financial institution. I filed a dispute claim with my bank, I also included video and photo evidence of the PNC ATM error I received while attempting to make my {$3800.00} deposit was told I have to wait XXXX business days for them to investigate the issue. I called my bank back on Friday XX/XX/year> and was informed that my claim was denied and closed. Now Im at a lost of {$3800.00}, to be exact it was XXXX x XXXX dollar bill notes & XXXX x XXXX dollar bill notes totaling {$3800.00}. I also included the photos of the PNC Bank ATM error.
