I am an XXXX XXXX military member, and I have not been serviced with the care and urgency I deserve. On XX/XX/year>, I purchased a travel trailer from XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, SC, with financing through Alliant Credit Union. The dealership falsely claimed the trailer was winterized, yet when I connected the water for the first time in XX/XX/year>, a pipe burst immediately. A licensed technician confirmed that the trailer was never winterized, and the dealership has since admitted fault. Despite this, my warranty and insurance claims were denied, even though the trailer is still under the one-year manufacturer warranty and my extended warranty. Also we never received the proper table leg and havent been able to even sit or test the dining table out! We have received 4 different table legs and neither match! I was promised that the trailer would be ready for camping upon purchase, yet 60 days later, it remains unusable, and the issue has not been resolved in a timely manner. This negligence, both from the manufacturer and the dealer, is unacceptable. I have repeatedly contacted both the dealership and Alliant Credit Union to dispute the financing and seek resolution, yet the loan remains active despite the misrepresentation and defects.
