On XX/XX/year> at XXXXXXXX XXXX I called Genesis credit management and explained to them I wasn't aware of the debt that was thrown on my credit out of nowhere and Immediately was cursed out and threatened and was told that I owed the debt and I told them if they can please send proof of said debt, they became even more aggressive saying they will email me and they haven't emailed I have asked them alot of times to send proof and take this off of my credit report ..I have lived in my current house for 6 years now and someone used my social security number to obtain an XXXX under a cpn.i do not owe the debt and I didn't receive any letters or proof from this company..they are scammers and they have several of other reviewers who have stated this company are scammers ..they will not provide proof nor take it off of my credit.
