SUBJECT : Final Demand for Compensation & Business Account Recognition FCRA, XXXX, CFPB Violations To Whom It May Concern, This letter serves as a final legal demand before proceeding with litigation against Early Warning Services for failure to compensate for financial harm and failure to acknowledge my updated business identity in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), Equal Credit Opportunity Act ( ECOA ), and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) regulations. Early Warning previously acknowledged errors in its reporting and deleted inaccurate records from my consumer file. However, the damage was already done.
