Dispute Department- 15 U.S. $ 1681c-2 a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of the receipt. It has been 30 days and you are in violation of this law because I am a victim of identity theft. Please delete immediately. These accounts should not be furnished on my consumer report as they are in violation. Under, 15 US Code 1681b- Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) in general subject to subsection C any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : In accordance with the written instruction to the consumer it relates to. I never gave any consumer reporting agency written consent to report anything on my credit report which violates my rights as a federal protected consumer. No consent is identity theft.Under Section 1681 ( G ) and 15 U.S. Code 1666b - Timing of payments.Please send me details of the procedures that were used to verify that this account is " correct '' and send me also the name and addresses of persons contacted per regulations found in the FCRA. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I am entitled to dispute any information that I believe is inaccurate or incomplete. I respectfully request that you investigate this matter and correct or remove the inaccurate information from my credit report. Please provide me with an updated report once the dispute has been resolved. As a consumer, I am demanding the deletion of the account below. I have not received a 1099c form for the following accounts that are reporting profit loss and charged off. I would like to see compensation as I have disputed this numerous times and my rights have been ignored.
