The accounts that are reporting inaccurate information are listed below : XXXX XXXX : Account Number XXXX : This account was reported as a charge-off, and it is negatively affecting my score. The reporting of this account is incorrect, as I still see a past-due balance after it was charged off. There should not be a past-due balance if the account is sold off. Also, why is it being reported as a charge-off every month? A charge-off is a one-time event, and it is improper for Experian to keep reporting it for consecutive months as this artificially extends the negative impact on my credit report.
