I noticed a day after transaction that 3 separate charges were made to my account Charges were for {$50.00} PURCHASE XXXX XXXX IL {$12.00} PURCHASE XXXX XXXX XXXX {$180.00} PURCHASE XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX I immediately called my bank ( wells fargo ) upon notice and cancelled my card. My card was in my possession at the time. No one was allowed access to my card or bank details. Yesterday, I got a letter stating that the case was closed because they used digital wallet, my pin?. But ive never let anyone use my card and ive never even been to those states/places. I dont understand how they couldnt have known it was fraud, considering the purchases were made in 3 different states. Taxes were already included so all purchases were rounded up. It doesnt make sense!!
