Deposited a check for {$9400.00}. Was told part would be held for verification of funds. All was held and the dates I was told were incorrect. Asked to release the portion supposedly held and was told it was held as well and could not be released by anyone at the company. This always happens with my check deposits, and no one can verify why capital one takes longer than any other bank or why they lie about availability of funds consistently.
