I purchase car with west lake financial service on XX/XX/year>, i was making payment on time never been late, the car was paid off, they report 30 days late payment on XXXX XXXX i disputed with XXXX XXXX XXXX never resolve. i contact the lender they provide payment history and it shows never was late. they said dispute they cant do nothing i followed instruction but issue never resolve it drop my credit score big time
