On XXXX XXXX at XXXX am I received a deposit amount of XXXX to my cash app account I was notified by texted and emailed which I sent them proof threw email and the app were they on only chat. Which I didn't get any response until XXXX am from an advocate that explains their procedure of direct deposit in stating that they didn't see the transaction with the sender they told me to provide the transaction ID or a screenshot of the payment and they will look into it after sending the screenshot The advocate respond with the timing of your deposit depends on when the depositor submitted basically their procedure again wow this the second time I got played by cash app I wasn't able to get an cash card for almost 2 months now and all they have to say its for the security reasons on my account
