In XX/XX/year> I received an alert from XXXX XXXX saying that I had a delinquent account on my XXXX XXXX through XXXX XXXX. When checking my credit score, Trans Union had dropped my score XXXX points. I contacted XXXX XXXX and they told me that there was no late payment showing on my credit report and that the reporting was not accurate.I submitted a request from Trans Union and my credit score was only adjusted XXXX points. It is not acceptable to drop me XXXX points on false reporting and then only give me 1/3 of the credit score back.
