XX/XX/XXXX, Equifax allowed a previously deleted account to appear on my credit report and I was denied a home loan of {$270000.00}. This has happened several times after completing the dispute process as a victim of XXXX XXXX. The same has occurred with Experian. Once deleted, both agencies continue to allow these creditors access to my credit report and require me again to disclose information about my XXXX XXXX status. This has been very traumatic. My credit report and credit score have been unfairly reported and my ability to access loans has been severely compromised.
