Upon reviewing my Consumer Reports, I discovered late payments on an accounts for which I have always maintained timely payments and never late. XXXX depressed and suicidal after dealing with inaccurate information on my credit reports I continue disputing these items for years and you fail to correct the late payments that you are reporting. Transunion continue to report these inaccurate late payments which caused me to get denied for a business loan that is essential for my business and my family.This is defamation of my character and detrimental to my health and XXXX. Transactions known as late payments are illegal and are to be excluded from a consumer credit report. This inaccurate late payment ( XXXX ) violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act and I demand you to remove it from my credit report. XXXXXXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FCU Account Number : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I request a comprehensive investigation into these discrepancies and strongly urge you to provide supporting evidence, such as payment statements, that substantiate the reported late payments. If you are unable to provide such proof, I demand that these payments be immediately corrected to reflect their accurate status as paid on time, as I have consistently fulfilled my payment obligations without any delay.
