I received a letter from XXXX XXXX on or about XX/XX/XXXX, even though the letterhead showed XX/XX/XXXX. I spoke with a representative informing him I was a victim of identity fraud since XXXXand still fraudulent activity will pop up every now & then. I disputed the charge that this bill from XXXX was not mine since I have XXXX XXXX XXXX. The letter stated that I owed this bill as of XX/XX/XXXX and then he said it was as of XXXX. I sent the dispute form that was enclosed in the letter stating it was not mine, and I'm unaware of any of the charges. I received another letter today XX/XX/XXXX, stating that they did receive my dispute and that I should contact the FTC and XXXX enforcement which I have done in the past. This past XX/XX/XXXX, I received a notice that a fraudulent New Jersey XXXX claim was filed on my behalf. I notified the State XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I did not claim any benefits, the claim was denied. I have delete personal information on documents sent.
