After opening a platinum credit card account in XX/XX/XXXX, the account information such as my credit limit and payment history reflected perfectly on my credit report. After checking my Experian credit report in XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed that information such as my credit limit and payment history for my platinum card were no longer visible on my Experian credit report. The information also stated that I disputed the account and I never disputed the account. I filed a dispute with Experian to fix the inaccurate information and to remove the dispute that I never filed and after the dispute was completed, the inaccurate information remained on my credit report. As of now, my Experian credit report continues to show inaccurate information about my platinum card.
