After reviewing my credit report, I discovered accounts that I did not recognize or apply for upon further investigation. I realized that my personal information was exposed in several data breaches as well. I have no recollection of applying to any of these accounts at question and that and negatively impacting my credit per section 15 C 1681C-2 any fraudulent account that I did not authorize or sign a contract for must be removed off my credit in four days. These fraudulent accounts are not only damaging my credit but also causing me significant stress and XXXX. I have no connection to these accounts and urgently request immediate removal for my financial well-being.
