I was notified by email on XX/XX/XXXX they were closing my account on XX/XX/XXXX. I spoke with XXXX different customer service representative who would not tell me why. I have done anything different from the day I opened the account except not use the My Pay option which charges you a fee. I have 3 direct deposits going to this account and they are not even giving me enough time to open an account and have these deposits redirected. There is no reason what so ever for them to close my account. I don't use their services that charge a fee so they have no use for me. I also have a large refund coming that will probably be bounced back. How am I suppose to get that money back if it can't be refunded to the card it was purchased on?
