I had a debt with XXXX which sold the debt to Nationwide Capital Services but a " Structured Settlement '' company keeps calling me. They never contacted me but one day I contacted them to settle the debt but then had an emergency and they have not stopped contacting me to get the payment since. A man by the name of XXXX XXXX has called me nonstop and called my family members to get me to pay. He was very abusive in tone and asked why I was ignoring his calls. Structured Settlement sent me an email stating that if I don't pay they'll take legal action. He left a message and laughed when he mentioned that they would have to get an attorney. XXXX XXXX has been taking this personally and won't stop harassing me and has caused distress. Their location does not match what they have in the email and they call from different phone numbers to hide their true identity. At this point, I am not sure if this is a legit agency or a scam. Their address is : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Nevada XXXX. Their phone number is : XXXX but it is also XXXX. XXXX XXXX has been calling from different phone numbers like : XXXX and XXXX. As you can see, this company is all over the place.
