Hi, Please see attached for supporting factual documents which must be adhered to by applicable laws. There were 2 advanced payments which reflects on credit report which Veros Credit confirms this made before the due date to be ahead of time. As you can see as shown on contract the first due wasnt until XX/XX/year> but repossessed in XX/XX/year> which Veros Credit confirms by reporting to Credit Bureau that they repossessed vehicle in XX/XX/year>. Veros Credit then states that it was reported on XX/XX/year> I was not informed vehicle would be repossessed or sold in auction. XX/XX/year> Veros Credit called demanding a payment of {$960.00} and later called again requesting another payment of {$530.00} to Redeem the vehicle which covered 3 monthly payments of {$470.00}. This vehicle was wrongfully repossessed and I am asking for the account to be fully DELETED from my consumer report IMMEDIATELY or I will seek legal action!! This has caused damages to my report file. After this vehicle was sold in auction XX/XX/year> Veros Credit reported there was a {$0.00} due to the credit bureau even though they are still reporting the total amount for the original loan which is prohibited by law which is also stated in the original contract states on page 3 of 5 section e-g that they would not report any incorrect other than the amount that was not covered in auction sale. In accordance to Fair Credit Reporting Furnisher of Information Veros Credit everything has to be 100 % accurate. 15 U.S.C. 1681b 15 U.S.C. 1681i 602 A I have the right to privacy 15 U.S.C. 1681i 604 A section 2 A consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written consent Section 609 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) items MUST BE DELECTED that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable ACCOUNT MUST BE DELETED FROM MY CREDIT PROFILE to adhere to regulations and laws
