My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I have been living in the United States for more than 2 years now. I am facing issues with my Credit File Report On Equifax. I am writing this because I have concerns regarding my credit history report with Equifax. I can not access and find my credit history even though I have been in the US for over two years. I spoke with their customer service multiple times in the past four months, and there was no help provided. I am still facing this issue today even after sending the documents requested five times. I have a credit card, and bank account, with a good credit history with multiple organizations like XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and XXXX. XXXX Please go through my complaint and let me know what's needed to update my credit history I am unable to apply for a new credit card and other benefits because of improper information in my credit history.
