I turned I 60 day notice to move out of an apartment complex I made several attempts to schedule a walk through I was told they were busy and would contact me on several occasions and no one would make the appointment. This is common practice with XXXX XXXX then they use this other company to collect on bogus charges. So the original creditor refused to work with me and stated they turned to rent recovery solutions who is now reporting that I have an open account with them I asked for proof of this they sent me my old lease from XXXX XXXX failing to prove I opened this account with them I discussed the inaccuracy they wouldnt validate or communicate this with me only wanting to collect payment saying I needed to pay full amount and they would not work with me even down to if I do make a payment they cant say it would be removed from my credit leaving me unable to find a home.
