I opened my original account with credit castle holdings when I purchased a water softener for my home XXXX XXXX for XXXX. They said I would have 90 days before I had to make my first payment of XXXX. I would make these payments until the softner was paid off but I was able to make larger payments to pay it off quicker. My first payment was made XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX XXXX Then every month there after on XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX Payment Timeline and Analysis First Payment : XX/XX/XXXX : {$1000.00} Covers 13 months of payments ( {$1000.00} {$71.00} XXXX payments ), putting me ahead until XX/XX/XXXX. Once i logged into my account I saw a payment that needed to be made for XXXX so i paid it immediately and set my account back up on automatic draft. XX/XX/XXXX- XX/XX/XXXX : My issue is, I have never had a negative remark on my credit and I expected them to at least notify me first to reconcile before just charging my account off then continuing to take payments from me. I went and read the reviews for this company and it is nothing but negative reviews of similar issues with customers. I will also be filing a complaint with the XXXX because peoples lives are attached to this and they shouldnt be able to do things like this multiple times to multiple people. When i log into my account it still says current and is still asking me for my monthly payments. Then when i go to my transaction section it only shows that i have made only about XXXX payments when i have bank statements to prove i have made way more.
