Trying to reopen account after 15 years and old account information is still holding onto the new account. When I call the customer service agents they are TOTALLY USELESS in assisting me and because automation has everything locked no one knows how to navigate around it or even know how to escalate to a different department for assistance. Totally unacceptable.
