Consumer Narrative
My loan was transferred to shellpoint mortgage in XXXX while i was still in an approved state with wells fargo for a deferment. Shellpoint stated that it will take XXXX months to get this approved. All i want to do is get back on track with my mortgage. I cant even make a payment because they wont accept it. They keep telling me that there is a technical issue and that my deferement is approved but when will they finalize this? this is taking too long.
