I originally made Transunion and the CFPB aware of the items below that were created as a result of Identity Theft on XX/XX/XXXX. Per FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ) after identifying the items below as information that resulted from identity theft and providing the required documentation, Transunion should have blocked and removed these items no later than 4 business days after receiving the required information. I have attached appropriate proof of my identity, a copy of an identity theft report, the identification of such information related to the identity theft, and a statement by me, the consumer, that the information is not information relating to any transaction by me. I am also submitting proof that this information was submitted to you on XX/XX/XXXX. Delete and block this information immediately according to FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ). By continuing to report this information on my credit, Transunion is violating my consumer rights under FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ).
