I contacted XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to do a dispute for XXXX XXXX that was cancelled. As of XX/XX/XXXX I have yet to receive a temporary credit while waiting on my claim to be completed. Apparently they sent me a email to upload docs pertaining to my dispute on XX/XX/XXXX but I didnt see it till today and was told I have to submit docs 1st which is fine but then I was told my dispute was not eligible for a temp credit even though it was a debit card charge that falls under Reg E. Back in XXXX they restricted my debit card usage for valid disputes and I have now been accused of abuse card behavior for filing valid debit card dispute from back in XXXX. It unfair to tell me that basically I shouldnt have filed valid disputes because too many could look like abuse of my account. I shouldnt be punished for having to do valid disputes and now Im scared to do disputes with them out of fear of being restricted from other things with them. It is my right as a consumer to get back money owed to me from a merchant rather due to refund, cancellation or incorrect amount and I shouldnt be penalize and targeted for it.
