I have been a loyal deposit and XXXX credit card customer at Navy Federal Credit Union since XX/XX/XXXX. During this time, I have spent over XXXX XXXXXXXX on my XXXX and consistently pay off most, if not all, of my balance by the due date. NFCU has increased my credit limit twice, and I maintain a strong credit score of XXXX. Yet, despite this positive relationship, NFCU continues to impose a five-day hold on electronic payments to my XXXX card from my non-NFCU checking accounts, citing the Federal Reserve as the reasonwhile they profit from the interest on my withheld funds. On XX/XX/XXXX, NFCU withdrew $ XXXX from my non-NFCU checking account electronically, and I was informed by XXXX, a supervisor at NFCU, that these funds will not be credited to my account until XX/XX/XXXX. Once again, the Federal Reserve is being blamed for this delay. Furthermore, they refuse to reimburse me for the interest lost during this hold period. This practice seems unjust, and I believe it should be addressed as a matter of legality and fairness.
