I achieved XXXX XXXX payments during the MOHELA platform transition and pause. My XXXX payment was XX/XX/XXXX. I made a manual payment that was processed by MOHELA on XX/XX/XXXX, since my auto payment had not been pulled by my due date ( XX/XX/XXXX ) despite communication from MOHELA that autopay would not be effected during the transition. The MOHELA website lists the XXXX payment as processed. I submitted my employment certification form on XX/XX/XXXX. My payment counts on XXXX were updated = XXXX out of XXXX payments, and have been at this count for the last 7 months. The XXXX payment is listed as ineligible. I'm so close. I'm sure you hear this all the time- but one payment! That I made and MOHELA took! I have achieved XXXX payments. I'd love for my discharge processing to begin. I have sent repeated requests for review, reconsideration, and adjustment. They have been closed with no explanation. I have many innumerable phone calls and have been on hold for countless hours. I have filed complaints. And I recently requested to be reviewed for a different XXXX payment plan with the hope that being placed on a processing forbearance would bring me across the finish line. I have yet to be placed on a processing forbearance. Ive watched others months past my XXXX payment achieve forgiveness. I am stuck. Please, I beg of you. Help.
