National Recovery Solutions LLC Contacted my boyfriend dad at XXXX Contacted my sister in which she is a XXXX at XXXX when she was in school Reached out to me XXXX- with a lot of violation text by them allegedly saying I have to pay XXXX XXXX by a certain date on a debt I don't owe. A debt collectors are not allowed to contact minors regarding a family members debt. The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) in the U.S. regulates debt collection practices and generally prohibits debt collectors from discussing a debt with anyone other than the debtor, their spouse, or their attorney, without the debtors permission. Contacting a minor to pressure them or convey a message about a relatives debt could be seen as harassment or a violation of these rules. If this happens, it might be grounds for a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) or your states attorney general. In which that happened and I dont want no contact from this agency. I will be filing a complaint to the state and other agency The representative that is making this harassing phone call and reaching out to my family and as well my boyfriend family without consent. This representative is XXXX XXXX. I emailed a letter behalf of my sister and as well on my behalf to have National Recovery Solution LLC to Cease and Desist. I want them to stop harassing me, my sister, my parents and reaching to my boyfriend family. I filed a complaint and they deny their wrongdoing and denying their negligence. They ruined my reputation with my family because of them
