I was a victim of fraud while in the process of renting a home. I was provided with what I thought was legal documents. I sent thousands through Zelle for deposit, down payment and move in. The transaction went through with no notification. After finding out I was being scammed. I logged into my account to dispute the charges and all of the persons information was gone. I then called Zelle for months and did not receive any assistance on how to dispute the charges. I then called my bank and was told I would have to call Zelle. I agave to continue to call Zelle and did not receive help. Causing me to lose XXXX of dollars.
