Mobile app is continuously incorrect. I have three pending returns and I know I have returns due to the fact that I was given the receipt at the store and by email. They do not show up on the mobile banking application as a pending credit. I can not see them at all. Ive attached the screenshots of this. Also, it does not reflect the new balance and there is a new transaction or a new way of reporting it I have not seen before. merchandise XXXX XXXX XXXX two times on my account atm/pos for XXXX three times I just withdrew my money due to the other two that were posted on my account until I see what is going on at the bank XXXX I am negative and I did not give anyone permission to access my account I am expecting a refund of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX buckle that was returned at sore and refunded back to card and am curious as to why this does not show up on the Huntington banking application as pending credits
