I have the other part of this collection already in the process. I have several issues. First off I had no clue I even had these collections until I seen them on my credit I didnt have anytime to dispute before it went on my credit. I still havent heard from them nothing and its been on my credit for a few months. I immediately disputed it. But came back verified. On top of that I noticed an error on the report and disputed the error through XXXX first and asked for it be deleted since information had to be accurate. On my credit report it says account was closed XX/XX/year>. I thought thats was grounds alone. After reporting it to XXXX they just corrected the error and said it was verified.i currently have disputed it with the other two agencies and forwarded the credit report with the two errors on each of them. Wrong dates by over 50 years and each collection says closed and open accounts. It cant be both. Its open or closed.
