I am filing this complaint regarding Kovos reporting of seven late payments on my account from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. These late payments are a result of payments from my card being misapplied to another account instead of mine. Despite making these payments on time and in good faith, my account was incorrectly marked delinquent.
