On XX/XX/XXXX I did a reinvestigation on TransUnion consumer reporting agency for turning to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX I have been fighting over here with this account that is recorded in actively and all they do is just update the same incorrect information please be advised that I would like this account to be removed off of my consumer file immediately due to the fact that they keep reporting and accurate information to the credit bureaus under the fcra 15 USC 1681 1 a this account must be deleted immediately
