I have not been provided with any documents or information validating that I opened this account. I did not authorize XXXX XXXX to establish this account in my name, and I have not agreed to the charges that are now delinquent. According to Section 623 ( b ) of 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( b ), you were supposed to : 1. Report the results of the investigation to the consumer reporting agency. 2. If the investigation finds that the information is incomplete or inaccurate, report those results to all nationwide consumer reporting agencies to which the financial institution previously provided the information. I have never received any verification that this debt is accurate and belongs to me. Since I have not been provided with proof or evidence that this debt is mine, the appropriate action must be taken. As a result, if the disputed information is incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable, it must promptly be addressed for reporting to the consumer reporting agency by either : a. Modifying the item of information, b. Deleting the item of information, or c. Permanently blocking the reporting of that item of information. Please update my credit file immediately.e immediately.
