Last year in XXXX I checked my credit report and noticed 2 inquiries on my credit report On XX/XX/XXXX I checked my credit report and noticed 2 inquiries on my credit report placed on XXXXXXXX by 4 different companies that I never permissible purpose to do so. Santander Consumer USA XXXX, Tx XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Tx XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX On that same day. I sent them all letters notifying them that I never initiated any transactions with theyre companies and they fraudulently accessed my credit report and placed negative items on my report. I asked them to remove these inquiries from my report because I never gave them permission to access my report according I made sure to let them know that they are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), [ 15 U.S.C 1681b ( a ) 3 ( f ) ( i ) and too this day they still have not removed it and as a result it is still causing me great stress, and still making an impact on my credit report causing a lower score on my credit report making it harder for me to obtain credit. I never got a response back and dont know what else to do \
