Hi. I have been making periodic cash deposits into my Chime account the last couple months, and upon logging in for the first time in a while, I noticed I only had {$1.00} left in my account despite depositing over {$2000.00}. I quickly realized after a quick look at my checking account with Chime, and someone had been taking out my money & spending it at a merchant titled Apple Balance Add. However, I do not have an XXXX XXXX to even add money to myself. I immediately filed a dispute on the transactions and reached out to XXXX XXXX through email to get any documentation that would assist me. After adding this documentation, Chime still did not look at any of the documentation I provided, and went ahead & quickly closed my dispute without any explanation and ignored my documentation I uploaded to the dispute. Im now asking for the help of CFPB to assist me with getting back my rightfully earned funds that were taken from me. I will be opening a rebuttal for these transactions, but considering Chime completely ignored all of my documentation that provide context & confirmation that I did not authorize those transactions. Please help ASAP!!
