I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX back in XX/XX/XXXX. I traded in my XXXX XXXX XXXX which they sold the following day before they paid the loan off. I signed a contract with the then finance manager and was told my payments would be {$480.00} per month. I never received my paperwork nor tag after a month went by. I was then told that I needed to bring the vehicle back because the loan was never approved. After speaking with the loan company they stated that I lied on my application which obviously was changed based on the information they supplied me with via phone. I did not return the vehicle because they had already sold my car and would not give me the option of applying for another vehicle. Which that being said I was cohurst to sign a new contract with a payment of {$630.00} per month and was promised I could refinance. I have been denied refinancing due to the loan amount being double of what the vehicle is actually worth.
