i believe someone has been submtting credit applications in my name been trying to get cards and loans in my name. these inquires are hurting me from gettinf funding for my business and i would definitely need those removed. Laws stated 15 USC 1681 eb-refernce to reporting accuracy, 15 USC 1681 i 5 a states that it must be accurate or removed and law 15 USC 1666 and 1666 ( b ).
