When I fell on hard times, I resorted to settlement agreements with multiple credit lenders following a divorce. XXXX XXXX XXXX agreed to a settlement with which when it was finally paid off, they said they would initiated a good faith removal of any negative reporting to my credit report. Late payments, settlement status, and clean the report underneath their accounts. This same agreement was reached with XXXX XXXX as a joint loan with my ex-wife. Once this was paid off, they said that they would remove the negative remarks with regards to late payments and settlement status. I have reached out multiple times directly to the companies and all of the credit bureaus to initiate investigations and every time it is closed almost immediately without any update. Aside from this, XXXX closed my accounts without notification, and these amounts were sent to a debt collector who does not have my debt agreement or debt amounts so all it shows is closed accounts with a balance. XXXX said they closed the balances at an operating loss and had no need for reporting anymore so I discussed with them to remove the amounts but they said it was no longer within their hands because it was sent off to a 3rd party agency. This agency does not have the agreement however so it is stuck in limbo. Then finally, the XXXX XXXX Auto Loan that shows a missed payment is incorrect. I sold the vehicle to a car dealership that underpaid XXXX XXXX from their profit. XXXX XXXX acknowledged this issue and said they would remove the remark within 90 calendar days. They have not. Despite multiple attempts to contact them and initiate disputes with the credit bureaus. These disputes also get shut down almost immediately with no update
