I SAW SEVERAL YEARS BACK A CREDIT INQUIRE FROM AMERICAN EXPRESS ON. MY CREDIT FILE AND CONTACTED AMERICAN EXPRESS FRAUD DEPARTMENT AND THEY SENT ME DOCUMENTS FOR ME TO SIGN AND SO I DID AND I SENT THEM BACK TO THEM BACK A LINK IN MY EMAIL, SEVERAL WEEKS LATER I GET A EMAIL RESPONSE STATING ALL ACCOUNTS ARE CLOSED AND IM NOT RESPONSIBLE AND THEY WERE DELETING THE ACCOUNTS FROM MY CREDIT TRADE LINE. THEY DID ON XXXX AND BUT NOT ON XXXX AND XXXX XXXX. NOW IT HURTING MY CREDIT, I HAVE CONTACTED LAWYERS CONCERNING THIS MATTER AND THEY SAID GIVE AMERICAN EXPRESS TIME TO REMOVE IT IF NOT WE WILL FILE SUIT. PLEASE REMOVE THESE ACCOUNTS FROM MY CREDIT FILE, IM A SENIOR AND ITS REALLY HURTING ME.
