These unauthorized agencies TransUnion, XXXX and XXXX are sharing and reporting my personal information without my wet ink signature and permission. This is identify theft and a violation of my privacy according to 15 U.S Code Section 1681 ( 4 ). In result of this I am requesting that all negative information be removed from all three Agencies within 4 days of receiving this consumer complaint. Thanks for your help in this process.
