I submitted a lot of complaints regarding my concern about the removal of the Bankruptcy that I have on my credit report. XXXX clearly stated that they could not locate the following Bankruptcy records on my file. Bankruptcy XXXX XXXX. XXXX If XXXX can't locate it on my file. It means that these records are not mine and a result of FRAUD/ERROR and it needs to be remove on my credit report immediately, as you know they are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I am the primary consumer of the complaint and there is no third party involved. This complaint was not submitted in error.
