Involves XXXX XXXX credit card. Debt collector is Comenity Bank. Debt amount is {$100.00}. This debt was paid by me on XX/XX/year>. I have a bank statement documenting the payment. I contacted Comenity Bank and told them of this error. They had no record of payment. I asked how I could get them a copy of my bank statement ; they gave me no assistance on how to take this action. They did not forward my complaint, or assist in any way. This is the SECOND TIME this has happened to me regarding Comenity Bank ( see prior complaint ). The last time this happened, my XXXX XXXX account was credited, NOT my XXXX XXXX account. I am being bombarded with DOZENS of phone calls, some as early as XXXX. As soon as I block one number, I get calls from different numbers. Also, they have destroyed my credit report for a nonexistent debt. I consider this extreme harrassment. Thank you for your help.
