Account was closed with no information on why it got closed, the address on my account is old and i wasnt able to update my address due to credit karma not accepting my documents, the rep said the address can be updated so i did so and my info was not updated by time the account was fully closed. Its XX/XX/XXXX and I still dont have my money that was in my account th account has been locked from since XX/XX/XXXX and i still dont have access to my money, the account has been closed and im unable to see what the extact amount is but it is around XXXX XXXX.
