I agreed to refinance my home with new terms in XX/XX/XXXX. Over the course of the next 5 months, Freedom repeatedly and purposefully delayed the closing process in order to keep me at a higher rate for longer in order for them to collect more money. They repeatedly tried to get me to sign off on a higher interest rate than I originally agreed to. This " issue '' happened multiple times over a 5 month stretch. I had to constantly keep up with them about the status of my loan and if it was even being worked on or fixed. As soon as I called them out for what they were doing, the issue was magically fixed. I finally closed on XX/XX/XXXX after initially starting the process on XX/XX/XXXX.
