Hello, This is my second complaint for this issue and I am not satisfied with the orignal response. I have my loans with EdFinancial. In XXXX XX/XX/year> I logged into my account and my total was XXXX less. I previously stated that it looked like maybe I was given forgiveness but I truly dont know why I had $ XXXX removed. I feel EdFinancial did not do it due diligence in investigating this issue. When I logged back into my account in XX/XX/year>, My account total went back up by ~ $ XXXX and I had not taken out any new loans because I have been out of school for many years now. The $ XXXX was even reduced from my credit report and the READDED lowering my overall credit score. There has been a mismanagement of my account and I dont understand how $ XXXX can just appear and disappear.
